This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications developed and published by AiMan under the package namespace com.mk.aisuperhero, including but not limited to Bible Calendar, Random Picker, Repair Passport, and other AiMan applications.

AiMan respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our applications access, use, store, and share information. Different applications may provide different features, so some sections of this Privacy Policy may apply only to specific applications.

By using our apps, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect and Process

Most AiMan apps do not require user registration and do not directly collect personally identifiable information.

Some apps may process information that users voluntarily create, enter, select, photograph, import, export, back up, or synchronize in order to provide the requested app functionality.

Depending on the app, this may include:

- App settings and preferences

- User-created records

- Notes and descriptions

- Images or photos

- Backup information

- Other information entered by the user

Where an app provides optional integration with a third-party service such as Google Drive, information may be transmitted to or retrieved from that service only when the user chooses to use that feature.

2. Locally Stored Data

Some AiMan apps store application data locally on the user's device.

Locally stored data normally remains on the user's device unless the user chooses to export, back up, synchronize, or otherwise share that data using an available app feature.

3. Repair Passport

Repair Passport is an inventory and repair-record management application.

Users may voluntarily create and manage information including:

- Item names and item numbers

- Categories and locations

- Brands, models, and serial numbers

- Purchase and warranty information

- Repair history and repair costs

- Record keeper names

- Notes

- Photos

- QR-related item information

This information is used to provide the inventory, maintenance, repair-history, backup, QR, and synchronization features requested by the user.

Repair Passport can be used locally without enabling Google Drive Cloud Workspace synchronization.

4. Google Account and Google Drive – Repair Passport

Repair Passport provides an optional Google Drive Cloud Workspace feature.

When a user chooses to enable this feature, Repair Passport uses Google authorization to obtain the permissions necessary to provide Google Drive synchronization.

Google account authorization is used to allow the user to connect Repair Passport to Google Drive and use the Cloud Workspace feature.

Repair Passport may access, create, read, update, synchronize, and manage Repair Passport workspace files in Google Drive as necessary to provide functionality requested by the user.

Google Drive access is used only for Repair Passport features such as:

- Creating or joining a Repair Passport Cloud Workspace

- Uploading Repair Passport records and related files

- Downloading Repair Passport records and related files

- Synchronizing records between authorized devices or users

- Merging changes made by users of a shared workspace

- Backing up and restoring workspace information

- Maintaining files required for operation of the selected Cloud Workspace

Repair Passport does not use Google Drive data for advertising, advertising targeting, credit assessment, or data brokerage.

AiMan does not sell Google user data.

Google user data obtained through Google APIs is not transferred to advertising platforms or data brokers and is not used for personalized or interest-based advertising.

Google Drive data accessed through Google APIs is not used to train general-purpose artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

Repair Passport's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Shared Google Drive Workspaces

Repair Passport allows users to use a shared Google Drive folder as a Cloud Workspace.

If a user chooses to share a workspace with other people, those people may be able to access or modify Repair Passport workspace data according to the Google Drive permissions granted by the folder owner.

Users are responsible for deciding whom they share their Google Drive workspace with and for managing the corresponding Google Drive permissions.

Repair Passport does not independently grant other people access to a user's Google Drive. Shared access is controlled through the Google Drive sharing permissions chosen by the user.

6. Advertising

Some AiMan apps may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob, including banner advertisements and rewarded advertisements.

Google AdMob may process information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, app interactions, and other information permitted by the user's device settings, consent choices, and applicable law.

AiMan does not directly collect or process personal information for advertising purposes.

Information obtained through Google Drive APIs by Repair Passport is not provided to Google AdMob or other advertising services for personalized advertising, retargeting, or interest-based advertising.

7. Permissions

Some AiMan apps may request device permissions necessary for their intended functionality.

Depending on the app, these permissions may include:

- Camera access for taking photos or scanning QR codes

- Photo or storage access for selecting, saving, importing, exporting, or backing up files

- Network access for online services, advertising, or synchronization

Permissions are used only to provide the functionality for which they are requested.

8. Photos and Camera

Some AiMan apps, including Repair Passport, may allow users to take photographs using the device camera or select existing images.

These images are used only for features requested by the user.

In Repair Passport, photos may be stored locally on the user's device.

If the user enables Google Drive Cloud Workspace synchronization, relevant photos may also be uploaded to and stored within the Repair Passport workspace in Google Drive.

9. Third-Party Services

AiMan apps may use third-party services where necessary to provide app functionality, distribution, synchronization, or advertising.

Depending on the app and features used, these services may include:

- Google Play services

- Google Mobile Ads / AdMob

- Google authorization services

- Google Drive API

These third-party services may process information in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.

For more information about how Google handles information, please see the Google Privacy Policy:

https://policies.google.com/privacy

10. Data Sharing

AiMan does not sell users' personal information.

Information may be processed or transferred only where necessary:

- To provide features requested by the user

- Through service providers necessary for app functionality

- When the user intentionally shares information or a Cloud Workspace

- For security, fraud prevention, or abuse investigation

- When required by applicable law or legal process

Google user data obtained through Google APIs is subject to the additional protections described in this Privacy Policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy.

11. Data Security

AiMan takes reasonable measures to protect information handled by our applications.

For Google Drive Cloud Workspace functionality, information is transmitted using Google APIs and associated secure network connections.

Users are responsible for protecting their devices, Google accounts, and shared Google Drive links and should grant workspace access only to people they trust.

No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. Data Retention and Deletion

Locally stored application data remains on the user's device until it is deleted by the user, cleared from the device, or removed when the application is uninstalled, subject to the behavior of the operating system and device backup services.

Repair Passport users can delete individual records through the application.

Data synchronized to Google Drive remains in Google Drive until it is deleted by the user or otherwise removed according to the user's Google Drive settings.

Users can also delete Repair Passport workspace files directly through Google Drive.

Repair Passport does not operate a separate central cloud database for storing Google Drive Cloud Workspace records. Cloud Workspace data is stored using Google Drive.

13. Revoking Google Account Access

Users who no longer want Repair Passport to access their Google account can revoke Repair Passport's authorization through their Google Account settings.

Revoking authorization prevents future authorized Google Drive access by Repair Passport.

Revoking authorization does not automatically delete Repair Passport files already stored in Google Drive. Users may delete those files directly from Google Drive.

14. Children's Privacy

AiMan apps are designed for their stated target audiences.

AiMan does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Where an application has a specified target audience, applicable Google Play age, content, advertising, and privacy requirements will apply.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

AiMan may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our apps, services, legal requirements, or privacy practices.

The latest version will always be made available at this Privacy Policy URL.

The Last updated date at the top indicates the date of the latest revision.
